I hate moving. I’m uncomplicated and want real estate deals to be simple. Bill makes inherently complicated deals easy and represents your interests professionally and completely. He’s great with the details and helps keep everything on track. Even when deals get “messy” he has everything well in hand and works proactively. He’s an excellent communicator. My wife and I have worked with him on 3 real estate deals and he has been equally excellent every time. God forbid this woman wants to move again, I know he’ll help her find the perfect place. I’ll be staying here LOL. Seriously, he’s someone I’d highly recommend.

Needing to sell my home in Mt. Juliet, TN led me to Bill Grady. I researched Realtors in the area and Bill's name appeared as a very capable Realtor with great reviews. I was a Realtor for years, so I knew what to look for in a Realtor. Since my previous license was in another state and the regulations have changed I knew I did not want to attempt to sell the home without the help of a local Realtor who knew the market. Bill was very honest in his evaluation of my property and we discussed the reasons behind the selling price in great detail. Bill is a fantastic communicator, always responding very quickly to any questions I had and made the listing process super easy. Additionally, Bill's use of tech tools for documents made the entire process super easy and quick. Bill hired a fantastic photographer that took amazing pictures and built a great marketing campaign for the property. I was not prepared for the home to go under contract 48 hours after listing! Thanks to Bill's professionalism and guiding the process forward the transaction went through with zero issues. I cannot recommend Bill Grady enough.
