We were first time homebuyers and our friends referred us to Bill. Boy were we glad we had him on our side. Bill made our first homebuying experience the greatest! From helping us search for the home that we would want all the way through to the final closing, he guided us with his expertise, friendliness and professionalism. Although there were several moments where the stress was overwhelming, he was able to put us at ease. He is well-versed in all things real estate, and was able to answer all our questions. If you are looking to buy a home, this is the guy that will help you get to the closing table. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Bill was absolutely wonderful to work with! He is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and made the entire process so much easier for us as first-time homebuyers. He was very patient and happily showed us many homes until we found the perfect fit. One thing we especially appreciated was how accommodating he was with our schedules. As busy professionals, it meant a lot that he worked around our availability and was always flexible and responsive.
